Terms of Use
This page explains how the site works and what to expect when you use it. It's here for clarity, not control — just a simple agreement between us so everything runs smoothly.
Using the site
Anyone can browse the site. To make a purchase, you'll need a valid email address and a way to pay.
You're welcome to use the guides for personal purposes — reading, printing, and referring back as often as you like. They're yours to keep.
What's not allowed: reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files publicly. The guides are for your use, not for passing on. If someone else would find them useful, they're welcome to get their own copy.
Digital products
All products are digital. After purchase, you'll receive an email with download links — usually within a few minutes.
Delivery depends on the product. Invitations are sent as a private ZIP download link that works for 7 days, so save the ZIP once you have downloaded it. Interactive Christmas cards are delivered by a private link to your card library, where you can personalise each card and share it using its own private recipient link.
Because these are instant downloads, they can't be returned in the traditional sense. Once delivered, the files are yours.
Keep your download links somewhere safe. If you lose access or have trouble opening the files, just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Payments and pricing
Prices are shown clearly on each product page and at checkout. All prices are in GBP (£).
There are no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your card details.
Refunds
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can't be returned, refunds aren't available as standard.
That said, genuine mistakes happen. If you accidentally purchased the wrong guide, were charged twice, or something else went wrong, reach out and we'll work it out together.
Refund requests are considered within 14 days of purchase.
What the guides are (and aren't)
The guides here are designed to help with everyday life — organising, planning, and thinking things through. They're practical tools, not professional advice.
They don't replace legal, financial, medical, or mental health support. If you need that kind of help, please speak to someone qualified.
We do our best to make sure everything is accurate and useful, but we can't guarantee specific outcomes. How you use the guides is up to you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. If something significant changes, we'll note it here.
Continued use of the site means you're okay with the current version.
If anything here is unclear, you're welcome to ask.
